Project Administrator / Coordinator

Reliant Homes is actively seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator / Coordinator in Construction and Development. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, intuitive, and has experience in residential construction with the ability to assess development obstacles, find solutions, collaborate intracompany, and provide support on projects that vary in scope and complexity.


  • Minimum 2 years of construction experience in a project administrator position or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge of residential construction drawings, plats, specifications, septic systems, and topography is preferred.
  • Experience using construction software with advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present project details and relay updates to management.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, good judgment, with the ability to solve problems promptly and competently.


The Project Administrator/Coordinator is responsible for the project launch from development to construction. The candidate will collaborate intracompany with the Development, Construction, and Sales teams by providing administrative support for the lifecycle of the project including but not limited to:

  • Initial project set-up and update project information as needed in builder software
  • Assist with septic application, building permit application, and follow-ups
  • Engage in communication with surveying firms and municipalities
  • Prepare project folders and head project kick-off meetings
  • Administer development plats and files
  • Record plats, deeds, etc. on GSCCCA website
  • Update server files and create physical project folders
  • Ability to research and conduct property searches
  • Conduct research on zoning, codes, planning, development, and ordinances
  • Performs other related duties as required

    Builder / Construction Superintendent

    Reliant Homes is actively seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Builder / Construction Superintendent. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in residential construction with the ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, equipment, and inventory from groundbreaking to owner occupancy.



    Manage homebuilding through all phases to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and construction deadlines
    are met.

    Salary dependent upon applicant experience and qualifications.
