Hope Perry was AMAZING! I called her back in March after seeing my dream home, and she let me know that it was already under contract, but they were building another in the same neighborhood! Reliant was a pleasure to work with through the process and I just moved in this past weekend and couldn't be any happier with my new home! Tammy with the warranty department, did the most through final walk through. My agent couldn't believe how organized Reliant was. Stephen, the Project Manager was friendly and always there to answer any questions I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend Reliant Homes to friends and family!
